1.either your mix is really freakin wide (btw that should not be possible because if it was too wide ,you would not hear them well when in mono) 2.or maybe your mix really lacks the depth i.try addin widening in individual mixer tracks and the sounds that you think should be wide.A nucleus workflow is more flexible and compatible than any previous printing workflow putting your RIP (AccuRIP or any other brand) at the center and in control of all your printing needs. so what you're sayin is when you flip the knob to mono ,it still sounds same )well then maybe there are too things there to consider. so i always use widening at the beginning of the mixer track.that is just my opinion. hope that is what you're lookin for.also too much separation with a boost on the high frequencies will make your sound squeaky. you could use any other delay plugin as well and theres fruity stereo enhancer too )and once you use the delays (not too much though) be sure to adjust the pan knob as one of them is goin to be a bit too much on the left or right. so you could use either fruity delay or fruity shaper (i believe these are used in fl studio for widening. and believe me no matter what imager you use its not goin to make any difference. i experience this especially when the sound i am usin is originally in mono.
